Ignite embraces the emerging research of the Center for the 4^th and 5^th R's and the Smart & Good Schools initiative to deliver personalized and site-based staff training and coaching centered around integrating excellence and ethics for student success in school, work and beyond.

Ignite will work with the staff leadership team in your building to create a staff development initiative aligned with your School Improvement Plan and community vision. This plan will focus on measurable outcomes.

IGNITE PROVIDES:

Site-Based Staff Development Consultation, Coaching and Training
Help in securing a baseline in climate and character status through CREE (Collective Responsibility for Excellence and Ethics---an online survey for staff and students provided by the research arm of Smart & Good Schools)
Coaching on practices in developing the Professional Ethical Learning Community (PELC)
Alignment Audits: Research on current practices in relation to current outcomes
Education and Access to the 4 Keys to developing Performance Character and Moral Character: A Community That Supports and Challenges, Self-Study, Other-Study, Public Performance (courtesy Smart & Good Schools initiative)
Facilitation techniques for "tough conversations" with staff
Development of a staff compact for excellence leading to the development of classroom compacts to power up teaching and learning
Support and Coaching in helping develop the School’s Touchstone
