Yearlong transitions

Mentor

Ignite Team Members will work with your building staff to select and train upperclassmen that represent a cross section of your school community. These students will become your mentors and will be empowered to become leaders in their own right as they provide yearlong guidance to the mentees (incoming students) in your building. The mentors will learn about the building's goals and objectives and become partners with teachers and administrators in supporting the successful transition of incoming students to your school.
