• Ignite offers several ways to help bring staff together to strengthen relationships and foster improved collaboration and team mindedness. Two examples of staff development are:
  
  "Celebrate What's Right: Possibility Thinking" and the DiSC behavior workshop.



• IGNITE is proud to be an authorized facilitator for the DeWitt Jones seminar titled "Celebrate What's Right with the World". It is often chosen to support the IGNITE CHARACTER! program and is also available as a stand alone seminar for teachers and parents.



• Increase Personal Effectiveness through the DiSC Behavioral Instrument. Using the DiSC method, participants evaluate their own personal behavior and communication styles and then learn how to predict and adapt to the styles of others. This interactive and participant driven workshop is fun and allows participants to be creative in their understanding. They learn how to communicate more effectively with others, suspend judgment and appreciate the diversity that exists in today's learning communities.
