• Ignite coaches will customize a program that fits your needs...a team of student mentors will be trained on making connections and begin supporting your incoming class before they arrive. This service learning project will be designed to prepare the new students emotionally as well as setting expectations for a fast start. Mentors can begin to build bridges with the new class, answer questions and concerns they may have, even hosting a 'day of transition'...setting the stage for Orientation by Student Design.
